Rawly-Mae Farm Event Vendor Rules:​

-Vendors must complete the Event Vendor Application and the Liability Waiver Form to be considered for approval.

-Vendors must agree to participate in the entire event unless agreed upon prior to or during the event. 

-Set up fee is $65/day. 

-There are limited vendor spots and Rawly-Mae Farm will have full discretion to approve or deny all vendors.

-There are limited spots providing electricity. Some spots may only be available to generator power.

- Rawly-Mae Farm will have full discretion in selecting vendor set up locations.

-Any vendor applications submitted after cut off date will not be considered for approval.

-Vendors must agree to arrive at least an hour early to ensure that set up is complete prior to the event.
